The New York Times Magazine recently published an article about six children from a public school in Brooklyn that attended a seven course dinner at a very important fine dining restaurant, Daniel, in NYC by acclaimed chef Daniel Boulud.
The experiment was tailored made so to explore the kids curiosity when facing some exquisite dishes that even adults would encounter the experience overwhelming.
The video is superb and shows us the result which is basic….kids are curious and are happy to be exposed to the new.
Today is also Food World Day and I would like to remind us all the importance of food sharing & education towards the children. All over the world we have amazing projects and people who are constantly working for a better environment, food quality and future. It is only fair we do our share of teaching our children too.
